The FA Cup is the oldest and one of the most prestigious competitions in the world and has returned with its 144th edition. (More Football News)

The FA Cup third round fixtures are almost upon us and is also one of the most exciting times in the football calendar in the United Kingdom. 

The third round matches will be spread across five days, with fixtures running from Thursday (January 9) until Monday (January 13).

The Premier League and Championship teams join 20 lower league clubs who sealed their spots in the last month’s second round fixtures.

The biggest match of the third round is the Arsenal vs Manchester United fixture, that will be played on Sunday, January 12.
