“The meaning of discipline and excellence becomes deeper when anchored in love for the Philippines,” he added.
Marcos concluded by challenging Filipinos to embody these values, asserting that building a “new Philippines” is only possible with the rise of a “new Filipino.”
“The new Filipino is disciplined, excellent, and loves the country. There is no new Philippines without a new Filipino,” he said.
